The GIPS Developer Community was designed to enable developers to build creative and unique Voice over IP applications on top of the world’s leading voice-processing platform.

The goal of the Community is to easily allow developers to utilize Global IP Solutions’s (GIPS) ground-breaking technology to develop exciting applications and innovative ways of communicating.  By making its software available to anyone, GIPS is helping to break down boundaries and encourage innovation and expression.

The community has two membership levels: Basic and Premium. Both are free but the Premium Membership will grant you access to more software libraries. Once you are a basic member you can apply for the Premium membership. 

To help you develop VoIP applications and content, community membership of the GIPS Developer Community offers free access to:

• Software: Libraries, high-level APIs, example code, executables for demos, and integration source code.  All you need to quickly create your own high quality VoIP solution. To download and use some of the software it is required to have a Premium Membership
   
• Documentation: API documents, Technical FAQs and developers' guidelines for GIPS VoiceEngine lite, GIPS VoiceEngine Mobile Lite and development resources.
   
• Tools:  Software libraries, and VoIP Test Tools
   
• Technical Developer Support: Tips, tricks and code samples, knowledge base of support queries and solution, video tutorial and active developer peer to peer moderated discussion forums.
   
• Quarterly Newsletter: Stay informed with the latest news, events, and developer resources from GIPS.

We work with key partners to facilitate collaboration between network operators, developers, and technology suppliers.  Our relationship with VoIP industry heavyweights, Google and  reSIProcate, helps us deliver their application software and technical resources to GIPS Developer members.
